Elwin Summers - Founder and Licensed Insurance Agent (License # OE75446)
Elwin has served his country and people in many different ways. He began his professional career in the Navy with the Torpedo Men in Hawaii, Pearl Harbor. He moved on to join the Police forces where he worked as a detective for about 10 years.
In 1978 he decided to pursuit a completely different career as an insurance agent. After working with Cal Farm he founded E Summers Insurance when Allied took over his former branch. His 30 years of experience in the insurance industry makes E Summers Insurance what it is today.
Side Note: Elwin makes his own diesel which runs one of his vehicles.

Deborah Summers - Co-owner and Licensed Insurance Agent (Liecense# OC41685)
As a registered nurse Deborah enjoys taking care of people. And because one can take care of people in more then one way she pursuit an new career in 1997. After receiving her insurance license in 1998 she now works as an Agent and Co-Owner for E Summers Insurance Agency. The personal contact to clients is important to Deborah, so you may even meet her at her local Peddlers Fair talking to people about insurance. Together, Deborah, Elwin and her partner in crime Rocco (a golden labrador) make a winning team.

Jake Zimmerman - Licensed Insurance Agent (License # OF83561)
Jake has joined E Summers Insurance in 2006. He adds about 10 years of experience in the finance and insurance sector to the E Summers Insurance Mix and is a valuable addition to the team. Being naturally thrifty, he enjoys finding "the best deal" for his clients. When he is not at his home office in the Ojai Valley dealing with people he is probably found outside of that same house fixing something. After having lived abroad for over 8 years, Jake has finally moved back to his home town and enjoys being with his family as well as building his own business.
Side Note: Jake grew up on the Cal. Coast but didn't learn to surf until he was 35
